2020 BOOKINGS OPEN MONDAY 1st AUGUST 2020

Methven Rodeo - Labour Weekend 24 - 26 OCTOBER 2020

RATES:

Cabins/caravans - minimum stay two nights.

$40 per person per night.

Cabins must be paid for when booked -once you have booked and paid for your cabin your booking is confirmed - IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CABIN OR CARAVAN BOOKINGS.  A $20 deposit per key is required and will be refunded when the key is returned.  This can be paid on arrival.

Tent sites - $30 per person per night - PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL

PLEASE NOTE: There is no EFTPOS on site, ATMs are available in the township.

Please note the following:

We work hard to provide a safe environment for everyone staying with us

during rodeo weekend.:

• NO one under 18 permitted in the camp - NO ID = NO ENTRY
• ONLY PEOPLE STAYING AT CAMP ARE ALLOWED IN THE CAMP ON RODEO WEEKEND - DO NOT INVITE FRIENDS TO COME VISIT OR PARTY WITH YOU!
  
• NO glass, fires, skids/dangerous driving
• Aggressive and/or destructive behavior won't be tolerated
• NO couches, armchairs etc - these are a fire risk & will be confiscated    
• Park car strictly on your site only
• all rubbish to be put in rubbish bags provided by camp
  
• Vacate by 10am
• Main gates will close 6pm Sunday, reopening 7am Monday
